Local management, well equipped
We work from our offices at Route de la Fonderie 2 in Fribourg and Avenue de Grandson 48 in Yverdon-les-Bains. As a small local agency, we want to stay close to our clients and offer them a tailored service.
Our management software connects everything: your properties to let are published on this site and on the portals as soon as they are available, tenant requests reach the management directly, and you follow your buildings from your owner portal.
A demanding legal framework
Leases are governed by Articles 253 et seq. of the Swiss Code of Obligations (CO). Under Art. 256 CO, the landlord must hand over the property in a condition fit for its intended use and keep it in that condition, so technical care of the building is an integral part of our work.
Tenancy law changes regularly. Solid, broad training is essential to manage a building efficiently and proactively; we keep you informed of the changes that affect you.
Our commitments, measured
These figures are calculated by our management software over the last 12 months and updated daily.
