The brokerage contract under Swiss law

Brokerage is governed by Articles 412 et seq. of the Swiss Code of Obligations (CO). Under Art. 412 CO, the broker is engaged, for a fee, either to point out an opportunity to conclude a contract or to act as intermediary in negotiating it. Art. 413 CO provides that the broker is entitled to the fee once their introduction or negotiation leads to the contract being concluded.

We are also looking for land

For our own developments, we are looking for plots suitable for apartment buildings or houses, to buy or to develop. Do you own land? Let’s talk.
