Premium calculated by WEB Caution, including administration fees and stamp duty.
How is it calculated?
For residential lets, the deposit may not exceed three months’ rent (Art. 257e CO). It is paid into a bank account in the tenant’s name, or replaced by a guarantee from a specialist company: you do not tie up money, but pay a premium every year.
